The Padron Family Reserve blend of cigars has been on the mind of George Padron for years. Now, in September of 2009, he is finally releasing the special Family Reserve of cigars. Each blend will be released once a year and should be released on the date of the inception of the famous Padron line of cigars – September 8th. If you’re a Padron cigar lover you’re most likely going to love these cigars. If the rumors are correct, the Padron Family Reserves are the actual blends made only for the family. Each member has their own blend and these are going to be released to the public. These are truly going to be a treat to smoke and come in both Natural and Maduro wrappers!

The Padron Family Reserve line of cigars has been released and hit the shelves in retail stores in late September. Most of the stores online and brick and mortar sold out immediately because Cigar Aficionado gave the cigar a 94 rating.

To be honest it’s going to be tough to find a similar cigar. When we find out the blends we will attempt to give comparable cigars. The Padron 80th Maduro from last year was rated No. 2 by Cigar Aficionado and slightly compares with the 45th Anniversary.
